Link-age and Real Time Medical Systems Announce New Partnership
Real Time’s live post-acute analytics solution enables long-term care operators to improve clinical, reimbursement, and operational efficiencies
Mason, OH, March 08, 2022 – Link-age Solutions, Inc. the group purchasing organization (GPO) of the three interconnected companies of Link-age, today announced a new partnership with Real Time Medical Systems (Real Time). Real Time’s industry-leading, KLAS Rated interventional analytics solution captures live data from the post-acute EHR, delivering actionable insights to help streamline clinical and regulatory workflows, drive operational efficiencies, improve care delivery, and accurately manage reimbursements.
“At Link-age we make it our mission to understand the many challenges our members face and work hard to find solutions to help members navigate them,” states Mike Fisher, Vice President of Sales with Link-age. “It’s not often we find a solution that can help facilities get paid for the care they are already providing. We’re excited to partner with Real Time because they do exactly that! With no additional work needed, they can help facilities achieve accurate PDPM reporting and obtain an average readmission reduction of 52%! I truly believe that every one of our members would benefit in some way by engaging with Real Time.”
Through this partnership, Real Time will provide a unique, data-driven solution to help Link-age members improve clinical performance by prioritizing patient care, reducing hospital readmissions, and establishing facility-wide infection and antibiotic stewardship surveillance. Generating a live sync with key data points found within the post-acute EHR, including keywords found in nursing notes, Real Time’s platform identifies high-risk patients and prioritizes them based on acuity, equipping clinicians with actionable intel to support timely care interventions. Additionally, the all-in-one solution also offers Link-age members the ability to accurately manage reimbursements, ensuring facilities are getting paid for all the care they are providing – with no additional work or duplicate data entry needed.
“As nursing facilities continue to face challenges in staffing, occupancy, and reimbursement they need a reliable, data-driven solution to help them reduce administrative burdens, while improving operational, financial, and quality care outcomes,” states Laurie Obitz, Chief Operating Officer with Real Time. “We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Link-age members and offer them a time-saving solution, as they continue to be an essential care provider to their communities and patients.”
