Predictive Analytics vs. Interventional Analytics

Interventional Analytics goes beyond predictive analytics. Deploying proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, Interventional Analytics sifts through vast amounts of live clinical documentation within the post-acute EHR. Establishing a 72-baseline upon patient admission, the AI solution finds subtle changes in patients’ conditions and alerts clinical leadership to intervene now, before an adverse situation arises. Intervening as a change in condition occurs, improves care outcomes better than attempting to predict what might happen based upon old data, such as MDS or Claims data. We call this Interventional Analytics.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Deploying proprietary AI applications, the Real Time solution identifies subtle changes in condition as they occur and prioritizes high-risk patients by clinical need.  These clinical alerts are identified live, offering suggested interventions based on AMDA and INTERACT 3.0 standards of care, and are presented to care teams in the post-acute, acute, and payers settings,  to provide early, collaborative interventions for patients.
