As Medicare enrollment surges to more than 80 million beneficiaries by 2030, 70% will require long-term care and 40% will require skilled nursing care. With post-acute being one of the costliest segments of healthcare, it is essential that managed care organizations develop incentivized strategies to partner with post-acute care (PAC) networks in meeting their value-based contract metrics.
