By 2030, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will require all Medicare patients be in some form of value-based care (VBC) program, creating an urgent need for post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) providers to understand the structures, benefits, and implementation strategies of such programs.
