Improving Quality of Care for Residents Through Data Analytics

This presentation will highlight how to leverage data analytics, using live data that already exists in the EHR, to better direct patient care, streamline clinical workflow, advance care coordination efforts, and improve patient outcomes facility-wide. Tools and techniques used to risk stratify and clinically prioritize patients, reduce readmissions, and improve outcomes will be shared.
