As an experienced healthcare IT leader, Laurie oversees Real Time Medical Systems implementation, customer account management, and the overall operations of the company. Using a team-based approach to management and customer service, she is responsible for developing and growing operational processes that improve the Real Time user experience. Her expertise in these areas support the efficient and successful implementation of Interventional Analytics and promotes exemplary customer service to all Real Time clients.   

Drawing upon her previous leadership roles at Mid-Atlantic Healthcare and Mercy Health Services, Laurie understands the IT infrastructure, resource constraints and technical complexities in health systems to better support the challenges and demands facing Real Time clients. 

Laurie earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a BBA from James Madison University in Finance and Operations Management. She is also a certified project management professional (PMP).
