Drawing on years of experience as a healthcare industry leader, Joan is responsible for driving the overall success of Real Time Medical Systems. As CEO, she oversees the day-to-day operations, organizational development, and financial management of the business while providing strategic direction that defines and supports Real Time’s mission and growth.

Under Joan’s leadership, Real Time has emerged as the leading Interventional Analytics solution within the healthcare industry, supporting healthcare organizations nationwide to improve value-based outcomes by reducing hospital admissions and driving clinical performance and patient care.

Joan’s extensive healthcare industry board and investment experience has guided companies through both transitional stages and in periods of rapid growth.  Joan has served in leadership roles on the boards of Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, Inc. (makers of Mucinex™) and Quadramed, Inc. (a healthcare IT company), among others.  Joan spent 20 years as a partner in multiple healthcare venture capital funds and served as President of the management company.  Joan currently serves on the boards of Real Time, Five Star Physician Services (a post-acute and long-term care medical practice and management company), Provider Partners Health Plan (a Medicare Advantage HMO plan for long-term care residents), and Solv Wellness (a clinically supported nutritional supplement company).

Joan earned a BBA and MBA from Pace University.
