Predictive Analytics vs. Interventional Analytics
Interventional Analytics goes beyond predictive analytics. Utilizing proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, Interventional Analytics sifts through vast amounts of structured and unstructured data within the post-acute EHR. Establishing a 72-baseline upon patient admission, the AI solution detects subtle changes in the patients’ conditions and applies a personalized risk score – alerting clinical leadership to intervene now, before an adverse situation arises. Intervening as a change in condition occurs, improves care outcomes better than attempting to predict what might happen based upon old data, such as MDS or Claims data. We call this Interventional Analytics.
HOW IT WORKS

Compatible with all major post-acute EHRs, Real Time’s HITRUST Certified cloud-based solution generates a live sync with key data points with the EHR, including structured and unstructured data, continually capturing over 150 live data fields for each patient and comparing it to the last 30 days of documentation. Utilizing proprietary AI algorithms, Real Time’s solution identifies subtle changes in condition as they occur and prioritizes high-risk patients by clinical need. These clinical alerts are identified live, offering suggested interventions based on AMDA and INTERACT 3.0 standards of care, and are presented to care teams in the post-acute, acute, and payer’s settings, to provide early, collaborative interventions for patients.
