Phyllis Wojtusik, RN
Executive Vice President, Value-Based Care
As Executive Vice President, Health Systems for Real Time Medical Systems, Phyllis draws on years of experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care, ambulatory care, and post-acute care to bring vital input and client-side perspective into the development of Real Time’s Interventional Analytics solutions. A true expert in the field of long-term care, Phyllis is also an integral part of Real Time’s coordinated care effort, working to bring skilled nursing facilities and hospitals/health systems together for the benefit of the resident/patient.
With extensive experience as a nurse, nurse manager, and case manager in both hospital and geriatric practice settings, Phyllis understands the responsibility and challenges of each position first-hand – and uses her keen ability to relate to those on the front line to enhance Real Time’s offerings. She further shares her expertise and insights by hosting webinars, workshops and speaking engagements on behalf of Real Time, discussing value-based programs, transitions of care, care coordination, and post-acute network development and management.
Phyllis holds degrees in nursing and science from Lancaster General School of Nursing and Franklin and Marshall College.
