Portal Log-In Credential Request Form
As your team prepares to use the Real Time portal, we want to ensure that all necessary staff members have the appropriate access. There is no limit to the number of staff accounts a facility can request.
Please complete our credential request form for each user at your facility who will need access to the Real Time portal.
Once submitted, identified staff members will receive an email from Real Time within 24–72 hours containing individual login instructions. Please note, temporary passwords expire after 72 hours, so we recommend logging in as soon as possible after receiving the email.
