A seasoned expert in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, quality improvement, HIT, and guideline-based care in the long-term care industry, Jim’s vast experience as a case-mix specialist and RNAC has helped shape Real Time’s Interventional Analytics solution from both a functional and clinical perspective. Well–versed in the clinical and technical sides of workflows, processes, MDS, treatments, reimbursements, and more, Jim spearheads Real Time’s clinical department, ensuring successful client training and continuing client relationships.
A voice on behalf of Real Time clients, Jim listens to customer leadership and shares product development requests and initiatives with Real Time programmers and developers to help enhance current software offerings. Additionally, Jim is an active speaker at conferences and tradeshows.
Jim received his Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, RN certification from West Penn Hospital School of Nursing, a Master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Saint Francis-Joliet Illinois, and studied pre-medicine at California University of Pennsylvania.
